I thought we had agreed on The Ambassadors? I still haven't found a copy, though. Australian books are horrendously expensive. I was all excited to find different editions and titles of books, only to find that a copy of, say Middlesex, is $30. Have you been going to used bookshops in Berkeley, Claire? Moe's? Pendragon?
I also thought we were reading Kundera (the Unbearable Lightness of Being) along with Nietzsche. If we do Austen, then, I think I'm reading Sense and Sensibility?
Have a good time at Princeton, John...oh, and I heard that they're filming Transformers 2 on campus?
i completely forgot about the ambassadors. i read like a third of the american earlier this summer. it's not one of his better ones. okay, the ambassadors it is.
i'm sorry for using chinese. i should have put a short translation next to the title. it means: small question. my comment means: so pretty!
